How can I track my order after it ships with a courier?

When we ship you order (usually take 1-5 business days, some exceptions may apply due to COVID supply shortages), we’ll send you an email or text message with tracking information. You can also track your order in your account. Please note that it might take up to 24 hours in some cases for tracking information to be updated by the carrier. But don’t worry, Once you get the email, the order has already left our warehouse.

How can I track my local delivery order?

For local deliveries, it is usually delivered within 1-5 business days (some exceptions may apply due to supply shortages), delivery hours are typically Monday to Friday between 5pm - 11pm EST. Once your order is delivered, you will receive an email and/or text stating that your package has been delivered. Please note, the courier will not be able to deliver to unit for Condo/Apartment buildings, additional charges will apply for packages that requires to be delivered to unit. If special arrangement is required, please contact our support team and one of our support member will be happy to arrange a delivery solution that work the best for your end. 

Please be aware that orders might be shipped in multiple packages, contingent upon the fulfillment location or inventory availability.

Do you delivery frozen products?

Yes, we do! Frozen products are available for delivery to GTA and surrounding areas, please see below postal code to check for your eligibility*. Frozen products are typically delivered during Monday to Friday 5pm - 11pm EST. The products will remain frozen/cold for 10-12 hours depends on the product and environment temperature. Some defrosting is normal and it is safe to refreeze packages. We recommend you to pick up your package as soon as possible once delivered to avoid potential defrosting.

IMPORTANT: Please notify our support team within 48 business hours regarding any damaged packages for further investigation with courier and possible reimbursement. 

Please note, we encourage customers to carefully review and confirm their shipping address during the checkout process and in the order confirmation email. If a customer notices an incorrect address input or need to update address, please contact our customer service at 905-534-5989 and speak to our support staff directly to request an address modification. If the order has already been dispatched, we unfortunately cannot make any changes. In cases where the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. If the package is not returned and is delivered to the wrong address, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
