Return or exchange items must be in new, unused, re-sellable condition and in the original packaging (frozen food will not be eligible for return or exchange). You will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Please note, we do not issue a refund for the original shipping charge that you have paid.
Please note: All refund will be issued in the form of store credit (E-Gift Card) equivalent to the value of the returned item(s). Store credit can be used both for in-store and online purchases. This store credit does not have an expiry date, offering you the flexibility to use it at your convenience. However, please be advised that store credit cannot be redeemed for cash under any circumstances, and can only be used for purchases within ARMOR THE POOCH.
