Which products are eligible for the Frequent Buyer Program?
Typically, regular food (dry food or wet food by cases) items from above brands are eligible for our Frequent Buyer Program. If the product is part of this program, you will see a “FQB” badge on the left corner of the product image on the product page, signaling their eligibility. See below an example.
How to redeem my Free Bag?
To redeem your free bag of dog or cat food, if you believe you’ve qualified and purchased enough bags for a free bag, please reach out to our dedicated support team via support@armorthepooch.ca for online orders. For in store orders, please talk to our Sales Representative directly. After confirming your eligibility, our team will assist you in processing your free bag request.
Please note, for online orders, obtaining a free bag does not exempt the order from our standard shipping policies. All orders, including those with a free bag, must still meet the minimum spending requirement to qualify for free shipping. Any order that does not meet the minimum spending will be charged the standard shipping fee. We strive to make your experience seamless and are here to assist you with any queries you might have regarding the redemption process!
Please Note:
- The FREE bag awarded through our Frequent Buyer Program (FQB) will correspond to the smallest and least expensive bag from the same brand among the qualifying purchases made.
- All returned bags will be deducted from your total eligible purchases
- Trial size bags are not eligible for the Frequent Buyer Program (FQB)
- By participating in this program, the customer consents for their contact information and/or proof of qualifying purchases to be shared with the manufacturers of the applicable foods
- Products must be purchased under the same account within the last 24-month period to qualify for a free purchase
- ARMOR THE POOCH reserves the right to change, alter, or discontinue a program at any time
- ARMOR THE POOCH reserves the right to exclude specific customers from the program due to special pricing arrangements, or other reasons
- Bags of food purchased with company/manufacturer vouchers are not valid towards ANY frequent buyer programs
- Bags of food purchased during a promotion or discounted are not valid towards ANY frequent buyer programs
