To serve, simply remove bag from your freezer, pour the appropriate amount over your pet's regular food, and allow to thaw. Only serve Primal raw foods when completely thawed—frozen foods can be difficult for animals to digest. Never microwave any pet food. Use stainless steel bowls when feeding any raw product. Other materials, such as plastic and porcelain, are pourous and can trap germs over time.

Frozen products are typically delivered during Monday to Friday 5pm - 11pm EST. The products will remain frozen/cold for 10-12 hours depends on the product and environment temperature. Some defrosting is normal and it is safe to refreeze packages. We recommend you to pick up your package as soon as possible once delivered to avoid potential defrosting.
