To check your order status: 

  • Go to your account: Click Here
  • Next to the order number, there are two updates regarding your order (this information will be available within 24 hours upon placing your order during Monday to Friday):
    • 1. Estimated Delivery/Shipping Date;
    • 2. Package Status.

     

             

       

    Definitions: 

    • Estimated Delivery Date: the date when you should be expecting to receive your package.
    • Estimated Shipping Date: the date when your package is expected to be shipped out from our warehouse.
    • Package Status: The current status of your package in terms of whether it has been picked, packed and ready for shipping/delivery. 
    • On time for shipping/delivery: Package is being picked and packed and will be on time for shipping/delivery.
    • First partial fulfillment in progress: you should be expecting to receive multiple packages for your order; first package of the partial fulfillment is currently being picked and packed and will be on time for shipping/delivery.
    • Final partial fulfillment in progress: you should be expecting to receive multiple packages for your order, final package of the partial fulfillment is currently being picked and packed and will be on time for shipping/delivery.
    • Potential delay due to product shortage: Due to ongoing global supply chain issues, item(s) in your order may be impacted by shortages/delays. The Estimated Delivery Date or the Estimated Shipping Date for your order will be adjusted according to the product arrival updates provided by our suppliers. 
    • Local courier delivery delay: Due to unexpected circumstances, our local courier may be unable to delivery your package on the Estimated Delivery Date, in this case, your package will likely be delivered the following day.
